The Carb Addicts Diet is NOT a method of "cheating" that lets you binge for an hour!
This is a GROSS miuse and misrepresentation of the plan... The plan does include some foods "forbidden" on Atkins, but as a BALANCED meal, eaten under one hour, NOT a carb binge!
I know some people on CAD that can get away with overindulging in carbs, but that is the EXCEPTION, rather than the norm, by FAR. The Reward meal needs to be balanced to slow the absorbtion of the carbs, and minimize the impact of said carbs on your insulin response...
