Question Has drinking Green Tea helped you?

I have been drinking abt 36oz of iced green tea a day,I don't like it hot but enjoy it cold.I am wanting to find out if any of you green tea drinkers are feeling the benifits of drinking the tea.I don't think i am feeling much of anything.I just keep telling myself how good it is for me *LOL*

In regards to weight loss...nope. I love green tea too and drink at least 2 cups a day but I drink it for the anti-oxidents it has and the taste.

It's helping me cut out sodas and cut back on coffee! I am drinking it for health benefits rather than weight loss. I like Bigelow's green tea with mint. I also make it with unsweetened soymilk instead of water, then chill it and use it in my own protein shakes.

Lightbulb white tea

I switched to White Tea (Republic of Tea) and it is great! I have been reading many studies on it and it seems there are up to 5 times more antioxidants in white tea compared to green. Also, the White Tea is very low caffeine. I get mine from Cost Plus Imports. I love it! Here are a couple of articles on the subject of greens & whites.
