Thumbs up Soybite

I found a 1 carb cookie at the helth food store called Soybite. It says wheat free, sugar free and gluten free.Cholesterol free and lactose free also. I bought the chocolate dipped ones.Pretty nice size cookie too i must say.It says sweetened with Splenda.Has anyone else tried theese lil goodies? It is my first cookie since going lc.

Total fat 14g
Sodium 20mg
Total carb 9g
Effective carbohydrate 1g
Dietary Fiber 2g
Sugars 0
Sorbitol 6g
Protein 5

I really enjoyed it..

Only problem for some will be that sorbitol (sugar alcohol) which many people say they can't subtract and causes them to stall.

I agree they are very good... too good. So good I can't stop at one so I don;t buy them anymore.
