Talking Energy Burst

This is strange for me, but I have experienced a burst of energy during the past few weeks.
The only thing is it seems that I get up at 4 AM and can't get to sleep again.
I feel almost hyperactive.

I have so much energy these days, that I also wake early. However, I find that in the evenings when it is time for bed, I no longer have a problem getting to sleep. My sleep pattern in general has been positively affected by this woe.

My energy has increased sooo much since I started this WOL! There are days where I'm a little tired and worn out, but they're few and far between. I do notice that I have some days where I'm this hyper ball of energy- I even annoy myself sometimes w/how hyper I get! No matter what energy level, my sleep is sound and solid. You'll adjust.

I'd like to find a happy medium. I have had some very low energy days but I blame that on emotions around my husband's illness!I am really greatful for the days my normal chores get done-zippitty do dah- I whistle when I am feeling good and husband thinks that I am a brick short somedays.
