Hi to all here! I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself. I think all the advice here is fantastic. It really helps to read others stories that are so inspiring. I am sure I will be posting quite a bit.

I have been on Atkins since September and lost 20 pds then slowed down to nothing. I am going to try Stillmans to break a plateau. I just wanted to say hi to all
