Question for Nat
Just got done reading half of your journal.. It was quite interesting to see your food choices. I noticed on your plan it says 13 week cut. Is that a plan like PP? Also, I noticed a few times your entry said you ate 1 slice of Hollywood whole wheat bread, which is low carb. Where can you get that, how many grams of carbs is 1 slice? Also, did you stop eating bread after that because I didn't see anymore entries for 1 slice of hollywood whole wheat again Your entries for food definately make it much easier for me to plot my daily food intake. I too love to do cardio and heavy weights. I found the last month, I started to pyramid my weights and found that my arms are shrinking. I used to do medium weights, high reps but I met a girl at the gym who is a powerlifter and she is sooo tiny, but cut. Anyways, just really curious about the bread thing. It seems like you got your carbs from alot of things rather than 1 piece of high carb thing.
