Default my first LC dinner party

tonight we had a dinner party for 20,

it was wonderful, everyone loved the food and no one knew I was dieting,

yes,I did serve starch, not everyone is as carb sensitive, and a pity that some should try this WOE, but I digress,

MENU

celery stuffed with cream cheese
olives
deviled eggs

lettuce salad
home made lemon juice olive oil dressing

sliced tomatoes
sliced cucumbers

roast beef
lemon garlic chicken breasts

oven roasted pepper slices
steamed asparagus

and then for those who have not shifted their paradym yet-
rice and pita bread

for desert I made those fabulous home baked cheesecakes with gobs of whipped cream all sweetened with Splenda of course

the dinner was easy, colorful, and from the compliments of my guests, quite good,

I am not a gourmet cook, but love to entertain, it was so nice to enjoy my own dinner with everyone even if I did not have rice and bread, did not miss it at all,

maybe next time I will be adventurous and try some of the great recipes here, thank you all for sharing,

julienne
