Default Nap after dinner

Has anyone that has had the "I need a nap after dinner syndrome" notice it seems to disappear after going on Atkins? The last 3 nights I haven't seemed to bog down after dinner. I sure hope it stays like this. I thought I had the seasonal thing because of the shorter daylight hours, but maybe it was all in what I was eating.
