Talking My Challenge 1 results!!WOOHOO!

I posted my results in my journal but Nat suggested that I post it here also.

I started BFL 3 months ago and got a little bored by week 7. I wanted to continue a 12 week challenge so I changed the program to more fit my personal needs.

Here are my challenge 1 results. It is actually 13 weeks because I lost a week somewhere.

Week 1 BFL results: loss of 5 lbs. (28.5lbs total)
Week 2 BFL results: no change (28.5lbs total)
Week 3 BFL results: loss of 2.5 lbs. (31lbs total)
Week 4 BFL results: loss of 1 lb (32 lbs total)
Week 5 BFL results: no change (32lbs total)
Week 6 BFL results: loss of 1.5lbs (33.5lbs total)
Week 7 BFL results: loss of 2.5lbs (36lbs total)
Week 8 (custom) results: loss of 5 lbs (41lbs total)
Week 9 (custom) results: gain of 4 lbs (37lbs total)
Week 10 (custom) results: loss of 5lbs (42 lbs total)
Week 11 (custom) results: gain of .5lbs (42.5lbs total)
Week 12 (custom) results: loss of .5lbs (43lbs total)
Week 13 (custom) results: loss of 2.4lbs (45.4lbs total)

(I think my math here may be a bit off, the final is correct however.)

(STAT= Starting/Current)

Weight= 210.5/165.6lbs
LBM= ~112/125.6lbs !!!

That means in just over 3 months I have….
Lost 16.2lbs
Lost 12.5% BF
Gained 10.5lbs LBM

Which means I have lost 55.4lbs of fat since January 1st

Measurements are as follows:
(start/current)

From January 1st
Neck = 15"/14.25" (-.75") no change
Bust = 40"/34.5” (-5.5”)
Waist = 37.5"/31” (-6.5”)
Hips = 45"/37.5” (-8.5”)

From 13 weeks ago
Chest (under-bust/ribcage)= 35"/32.75” (-2.25”)
Hip (9" below waist)= 44.5"/40” (-4.5”)
Thigh = ?/(L) 24.5”, (R)"25
Calf = (L) 17.25", (R) 17.5"/ (L)17” (-.25”), (R)17” (-.5”)
Bicep = ?/ (L)12.75", (R)12.75" (no change although they now look more muscular)

Thank you for letting me brag a little bit.

Hope, I used to take a Free day, but it was a LC free day. I'm not doing BFL anymore, however. Cottage cheese? Great with berries or half an apple.

Hi Niky,

Nat posted a link to your journal somewhere else, so I checked it out. You look fantastic!

Everyone, go to her journal and check out her before and after pics.

Shamefully, I've been totally neglecting exercise for the last six weeks or so, and seeing your results has inspired me to sit down and consider the BFL thing - it's not as complicated as I thought it was! I'm going to do it! Congrats, again.

Whoa Nat! What do you mean you're not doing BFL anymore? Did I miss something? What are you doing now, if I may ask?
