Hold it for the Holidays Challenge- Nov 1 start
Hi! Is anyone up for a Holiday Challenge? The next few months are going to be a real challenge to keep on track so the idea is not to gain weight or inches (in bad spots anyway) over the next 3 months. Post measurements and weight and before pics - if you dare - by Nov 1. Let's start Nov 1 and end Jan 31- that gives us a little time to recover! You can make you're own loss and fitness goals if you would like!
Chest (broadest part)
Ribcage(under boobs, women only)
waist, smallest measurement
waist, at belly button
high hip, 3 inches below belly button
hip/rear- biggest part.
thigh- fullest part
thigh- 4" above knee
calf- widest part
ankle
wrist-across bone
forearm - biggest part
bicep-biggest part
