Paleo books.....
Hey, I'm new here on this board....I love it so far. I have been in the Military my entire adult life (Marines for 15 years and now in the Army) and in that time I have been into running, bodybuilding, and boxing to name a few. I still work out with weights and do crazy things like walk 6 -18 miles with an 80lb. backpack. I used to follow the high carb/ultra low-fat diet that all the so called "experts" was so good for us.....naturally I rejected the new low-carb diets. Then one day, I started researching the subject (Adkins, Protein Power, etc.) and it made alot of sense. I've been doing low carb for a month now and so far, I love it. I've lost some strenght in the gym but my endurance is fantastic! I didn't do this to lose weight....I want the health benefits. My bodyfat was already low, but now it is superlow, despite pigging out on high calorie nuts...I mean you can see every vein in my stomach and there's no fat there to pinch. I just bout Neanderthin, Paleo Diet, and Life without Bread....can't wait to read them!
