Wa'il, did you change something? The ASDLC posts are now showing up when I click on "view new posts". They haven't for a long time. Maybe it's just me but they make it hard to sort through and find the actual forum posts. That's how I read the forum, by clicking on "view new posts". It's hard enough to keep up with all the messages from the forum!

I was wondering about that, too -- I have a mild concern about newsgroups. Can they read us here? Or is it a one-way mirror -- we can read them but we remain invisible?

(I'm very new and have no right to complain about anything. This is just a question )

Yes, we changed something. We upgraded vB to 2.2 last night. I'll remove asdlc posts from new messages shortly.

ASDLC does not mirror our forum, except if you post in the ASDLC forum directly.

So what happens if we post a reply to an ASDLC message in our forum, does it show up in the newsgroups as well?

Yes, you can reply to asdlc posts, or start new threads and they will show up in the Usenet. I've done it a few times from here with no problems. It just takes a couple of hours to go through, but that's just as fast using notmal news/usenet software.
