Question Someone answer this fast...please

I purchased a chocolate cheesecake yesterday at a low carb/ Atkins style bakery. Its sugar free. I hear everyone talking about cheesecake and wonder if I can have even the slightest piece while in induction. I dont care for the crust. Just want something sweet NOW. Even a tablespoons worth. Help, answer someone.

Thanks

If you are craving carbs that bad, I'd say .. stay away from it till you finish Induction. It WILL get better, honest. See, if you start now, even just a tablespoon, you may not be able to control it and end up eating the whole thing or at least a good portion of it. Then the guilt will set in. Just avoid it all by NOT starting.

If it's too late and you already have indulged, but it behind you (and donate the cheesecake to your neighbour) and start over. You can do this if you really want to
