I have read a few things about your one time golden chance on the LC way of life to get it jump started. Is this true? Altough I don't have a lot to lose I tried to start Atkins this past Feb. and lost 6 pound in two weeks, but then I just went off of it! Nont sure why??? I have not gained it back, so will I not see the same results this time around? I also though that for women, possible the time of month that you start plays a big difference on weight loss?
