Getting A Boost On Losing Your Weight
OVER THE HOLIDAYS I GAINED A FEW LBS. BACK THAT I HAD LOSS SO TO GIVE MYSELF A BOOST I CUT MY CARBS REALLY LOW DOWN TO 10-15 A DAY THIS WEEK AND I LOST 5 LBS.
FOR ME THAT IS REAL GOOD. I USUALLY KEEP MY CARBS A 20-25 A DAY. THATS WHAT I WAS ON WHEN I LOST ALL THIS WEIGHT THESE LAST TWO YEARS. I USUALLY WOULD LOSE 102 LBS. A WEEK. I THINK FOR ME THAT WAS BEST, NOT TO TRY TO LOSE TO FAST AND NOT GET IN ALL THE NUTRIENTS MY BODY NEEDS TO STAY HEALTHY.
BUT THIS LOW CARB BOOST HAS HELPED ME SO MUCH AND I ALREADY CAN TELL THAT I AM IN THE LOSING PHASE AGAIN, AND IT FEELS GREAT TO.
I STAYED WITH MY VEGGIES AND MEATS, MOSTLY ATE SALADS.
DRANK PLENTY OF WATER TO AND CUT OUT MY DIET PEPSI ALL TOGETHER THIS LAST WEEK.
HAVE ANY OF YOU EVER DONE THIS SORT OF THING TO GIVE YOURSELF A BOOST?
WHAT OTHER WAYS HAVE YOU DONE LOW CARB WHEN YOU FIND YOU HAVE CHEATED AND GAINED SOME AND WANT TO GET YOURSELF BACK INTO THE PLAN OF LOSING AGAIN?
I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR SOME OF YOU WAYS...
I KNOW THERE IS NO SECRET WAY OF LOSING BUT I DO KNOW THAT LOW CARB HAS BEEN A LIFE SAVER TO ME. IT HAS HELPED ME LOSE 100LBS. WHEN NO OTHER DIET EVER HAS. I DO THE ATKINS PLAN AND ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU DR. ATKINS.
