Default On-the-go breakfast ideas

Does anyone have any on-the-go breakfast ideas? Breakfast was the hardest meal for me last time I tried a low carb WOE. I don't have the time for cooking breakfast, so I'm just looking for something you can buy that's pretty much ready-to-eat. If I start low-carbing again, I probably won't be following a particular plan like Atkins, so it doesn't matter if your suggestions are good for induction phase or not. But if anyone can give me any ideas, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

Well, that could be a problem low carbing. You really should have a plan, or it least be very well educated about low carbing to start, doing it the possible "wrong" ways can be unhealthy. Okay, I won't preach anymore. Here is a good thing that you can make one night, cut up and freeze, I did and it is great!!!

I like the Atkins Morning Start bars. I also like the Keto shakes for breakfast. If you use the search function on this site, you should be able to find some good ideas.

I have tried a lot of different things, including the Atkins bars (which I do not like) and have finally found a breakfast bar I like. They are CARBORITE Cereal Bars. I got mine at Super Wal-mart for $3.58 per a box of five. They come in Strawberry, Cinnamon Bun and Blueberry. I have tried all three and the way I listed them is according to my liking of them. They are 4 net carbs per bar. And I have to drink about 2 glasses of water with one, too, so that helps with the water thing. Good luck!
