In the 3rd week doldrums....
I am in the 3rd week doldrums, still measuring my foods and staying between 20 - 23 carbs per day, and drinking well over 3 litres per day, but I am one of the many we have stopped loosing in my 3rd week.
I know it will get better, and I will lose the wieght, I just need to hear that I will.
Also I haven't fit exercising into my schedule, as my work day is pretty well packed into the 5:45 am to 6:00 pm slot, I am I pretty active at work most days, lifting, picking, sorting etc.
I am wondering does the weight loss pick up again in week 3 or week 5 for most people?
