Smile Slim Forever

Hi everyone! I've been on the Slim Forever program for 2 weeks now and I have a couple of questions I'd appreciate getting answered.
1. Does anyone know how to get in contact with the author of the Slim Forever program, Dr. Robert Harris?
2. My wife is interested in starting the program, however, she is currently breast-feeding and we don't know how to modify the program for her situation. I believe my program is similar to the Atkins diet, so I would appreciate any feed-back.

Thank You!

Hi Marlyn,
I dont know Slim Forever, but if it involves ketosis( under 40-20 grams of carbs a day), it is not recommended for breastfeeding moms because ketones pass through breast milk. However, I started low carbing while breastfeeding and am able to go into ketosis with more carbs. If your baby is older and eating solids and not eating only breastmilk, it might be ok. Check with your Pediatrian to see what thay have to say about it. Or your wife could low carb but just above ketosis levels. Good luck to both of you!!
