Default Crystal Light Question

Hi, a friend of mine told me she saw a piece on the news that if you are doing the Atkins diet do not drink the Crystal Light you make from powder just drink the stuff already in the bottle and ready to drink. Has anyone else heard this? Do you think it is just Crystal Light saying this so you will buy the ready to drink that cost alot more. I have been drinking it made from powder and I am still losing-maybe no as fast as others but still i am losing. Thanks

The Crystal Light powder has aspertame, which Atkins doesn't approve of.

The ready to drink Crystal light is made with liquid Splenda and splenda sweetened drinks are allowed.
