Default are you willing to share??

Hello all,
I often get to wondering what everyone likes to eat for dinner. I am always looking for new and different ideas. We all have a favorite meal, and I know mine is ~
Pot Roast with Turnips, and now that I have found "Thick n' Thin not starch", I love the gravy too!!! Also a big salad with lemon and olive oil dressing.
So lets hear it ~ what other favorite meals are out there that you folks are willing to share?

I think it's a tie between beef stew and Chicken Cream Cheese Soup . Hearty, filling and delicious.

I make so many different things.

My favorite chicken recipe is:

Sauteed chicken breast. After I cook the chicken in the pan, I remove it. I add some garlic or shallots, about a tablespoon or two finely minced. Then I add a tablespoon of dijon mustard. Then I wisk in some cream and put the chicken back in for a few minutes to absorb. I learned this recipe at a resturant that use to be in town 15 years ago. I even made it for guest before Low Carbing and they loved it. So easy but so goumet. Yum!

I also like making steak, shrimp scampi and roast pork. Of course, I usually make some sort of vegitable, usually sauteed and a big salad. I LOVE the spring mix in the bag! Easy and much better than regular lettuce.

Hope this gives you some ideas!

I was snooping throught the recipe section and saw the recipe for the deep dish pizza , and that, I will try tomorrow, there were so many thumbs up replys to this recipe, it is definitely one I'm going to make ASAP.
And yes! Steak and Lobster, and Shrimp and King Crab definitely hit the spot!!! Oh yeah... can't forget Mussels in Butter and Garlic with White Wine....Oh MY!!!
