Default I survived day one!!!!

Ok People.I survived all day. I had a softball tourney all day. So I went to the store and got protein bars with only 2 g of carbs. I was soooo proud of myself. Then I had a salad with chicken for lunch and chicken for dinner.I can do this. I am so tired. Thanks for all of your support.

Way to go! Induction was hard for me but I promise it gets easier. Hopefully you won't have any problems as my hubby didn't. Sounds like you got your exercise in for the day too! Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!

Congratulations! It does get better as induction proceeds. I found that after a few days my appetite decreased somewhat. Hang in there it's worth it!

Wow great that you made it through the softball tourney-I was so exhausted in the first week I barely made it through a workday. GOOD GOING

THe energy does kick in again so take your vitimans and lots of water and you're on your way.

Yes, it really does get easier. For me, the first four days were kickers; after that, it became a question of trial and error until I hit on a plan that worked for me--- albeit very slowly by comparison to others, but surely nonetheless.

Great job--- induction while starting a tournament!

I lost all the weight by eating low calorie and excercising.
