Cortisol? Cortislim? Is this something I need to know?
The latest bang on the radio lately is adds about Cortislim, it explains that if you buy thier product it will block Cortisol, some hormone that inhibits weight loss when you are under stress.
Ummmm No, I am not thinking of buying Cortislim, Like all quick fix pills its either a gimic or dangerous, but... Is there something I need to know about Cortisol, its the first I ever hear of it, and don't remember anything in the Atkins books about it,
Anyone have a web Page that gives an honest open opinion about this whole Process, I am one not to believe add pages, so finding legit medical opinion on the concept is hard, but it might be important stuff to know? Not Cortislim of course, you can tell thats kind of gimicy, but the process of Cortisol, and how it works in with LC dieting...
Or is the whole thing a myth.... Low Carb works all by itself, but it would be interesting to know if stress would be an inhibitter, never thought of that...
