To start a journal, you first go to the My Low Carb Journal/Bootcamp section, by either using "Forum Jump" at the bottom of the page or use the "home" icon at the top right of the page to return you to the main page, and scroll down.
The journals are arranged in alphabetical order according to your user name, so you'll want the C-D section (duh! )
You can use your journal to keep track of your daily food if you like, or just to keep a log of your thoughts. Entirely up to you. Have a read of some other members journals if you like.
When a member has a journal, a little "journal" icon appears at the bottom of every post. Yours may take a little while to appear, as new ones are added daily, not automatically.
