Default nutrasweet?

I was wondering what you guys think about nutrasweet or saccharin, etc. I don't want to have to give up diet soda or diet jello.
Any advice appreciated,
thanks!
Vicki

Artificial sweeteners are a YMMV (your mileage may vary) sort of thing. Some people report stalls if they use them, other people have no problem with them.
In the beginning of this WOE, I couldn't live without my sugar free jello. It was definately a bright spot in my day But, believe it or not, your cravings for sweet things will diminish over time. I can't think of the last time I had some S/F jello.
I do use saccharine in my coffee. Coffee is another YMMV thing. Personally, I feel that if eating some S/F jello or a diet soda (try Diet Rite, it is sweetened with Splenda) will keep you from feeling deprived, it is definately worth having those things.
