Unhappy Stomach Cramps

Every time I eat more than a couple of bites of something, I keep getting stomach cramps. I cannot figure it out. Does sugar do that to you? Cause I cheated earlier and hald half of a normal cookie. Can the sugar and the carbs in the cookie make my stomach unable to handle anything? Maybe it is getting un-used to the stuff, and when I eat any of it again, it is painful.
Help!!! (I will stop cheating, I promise!!! )

If you've been cheating with flour products, it might be wheat. An allergy can cause bloating, cramps And craving and wheat is a common allergen.

Every time I eat a meal, very shortly after my stomach cramps up a bit. Almost like clockwork! It is very short lived, but sometimes I can set my watch by it. I think in my case if could just be the weight of the food hitting my stomach. I tend to drink a lot of water when I eat!
