A friend told me to try carbo-lite yogurt (protein based), but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know where I can buy it? Is there a website? Thanks much!

There is a frozen yogurt/ice cream store in my neighborhood that sells the carbolite frozen yogurt. As far as I know, you can not buy it in the stores.

I don't know where you are, but the place I get it is called yummyogert and it is in Alameda, California. I know I have seen a page somewhere that lists the places that serve the frozen yogurt, but can't seem to find it at the moment. Here is the carbolite website.

Just so you know...there are carbs in the product. Not a ton, but I think 7 per serving so it's not a free ride. I have recently stopped eating this because #1 it reeks havoc on my gut now and #2 I am trying to stop my sweets addiction.
