Default The Scale Finally Moved!

I just finished week 5 of Atkins, and I was stuck on 9 pound loss for three weeks! Finally, week 4 I lost 1/2 pound, then a 1.5 pound loss as of Saturday morning. This makes 11 pounds and I don't feel so bad!
I guess it goes to show. Just stick with it. My mini-goal is to be under 240 before the weekend. Wish me luck!

Yes, I find this site extremely motivating. It's also comforting when things slow down and nurturing when help is needed. I also enjoy the different perceptions of this diet. It's nice knowing we don't have to go through this alone!

Thank you. This is encouraging. I am stuck in week three and the scale isn't budging. I'm determined to keep at it though. Maybe the same will happen for me.

congratualtions!!
I understand how hard it is to have patience. It took me 3 months to lose 6lbs with no cheating and strict induction
I am very happy for you
I hope you reach your goal by the weekend.
You are doing awsome!! Hang in there even though it's hard at times when you don't show alot of progress
