I tried the regular flavor a couple weeks ago. The first ingredient on it did say milk. It was good for using with cereal, and so so for drinking on its own.

It's a mix of milk, butter milk and some other things. But yes it is actual cow milk not soy, almond or other

I found it more drinkable with a dash of SF vanilla syrup. Something to compensate for the sugars removed... LOL

The chocolate is almost too chocolately. I find if I mix that with the regular 2% milk, it makes awesome hot chocolate (3 g net carbs) which is a nice dessert.

I just found this milk this weekend and I totally LOVE LOVE LOVE it....is there really such a thing as too chocolately?? I have the chocolate kind but I think I will have to try the Vanilla and 2% milk ones in the future. I saw the little Atkin's logo and the 3 grams net carb thingy and I was in heaven!! This product gets my thumbs up

Hi guys,
I too have tried the Carb CountDown. I tried the whole white & the 2% chocolate. Found them the same day as Atkins Bananna Nut cereal. LOVE THEM ALL!!! The Hood web site is:
www.hphood.com/products

Please let me know which one of them is best to drink.

Default Atkins Cereal, are there any good ones?

Are the Atkins Cereals good, or are they similar to the Keto Cereal, hot or cold (I tried the honey nut flakes and strawberry n cream oatmeal)
which I can't stomach! The local Healthfood store says they are the same but I doubt she had ever tried them from the look on her face.

Merry Christmas to all,

Lynne
