Miracle Whip?

Hey everyone.. I have found that I enjoy the taste of Miracle whipe as opposed to Helmens mayo... is this ok.. I like it with tuna.. I take a whole can of tuna and mix the miracle whip with it... mmmm.. sooo good.. i just want to make sure that it is ok.. its says 1.6 carbs on the back...

Miracle whip is not normally considered okay. It contains added sugar and can really add up big time. For good recipes on homemade "miracle whip," check out the Kitchen forum for low carb recipes. There are several.

i find that foods like miricle whip make me actually crave carbos because its so sweet. i will have to also check out the miracle whip recipe because i dont like real mayo too much...
