Unhappy Smell Sensitivity

I always had a strong sense of smell. Lately, I have noticed it has increased. Not only its been a struggle to upkeep my calories due to time restrictions and just being busy – now it seems that the smell of food makes me feel ill. I have tried to make a variety of foods but nothing is changing. I don’t think anyone here would have any answers – its ok..lol. Just wanted to know if anyone has this problem and if they have any suggestions. Suppose I just want to eat, get my calories up and start losing again. With this smell sensitivity doesn’t make things any easier. *sighs*
