Hey all,
Well, after a few months of being totally off the wagon and then doing 2 weeks on a low carb low fat diet (nothing made me appreciate LCing more than low-fat dieting ) I started CALP this weekend. I didn't realize that the fat does so much for your appetite (at least mine...) I was having huge hunger pangs between meals but none with CALP. And now I get to have full fat salad dressings and butter .
Glad to be back!
