Using the HCC I entered as follows:

cal 230

fat 21

ptotein 12

carbs 0

actual carb count came out to -2.71835g.What does the minus mean?Big Thanks.Joyce

Hi Joyce,
Total calories are probably rounded down.. instead of saying total cals are 237.. they said 230. I guess not a big deal

Whatever this product is, it's safe to eat.
