Plan suggestions & fat content
Hi there,
I've just recently started off on a low-carb diet but haven't yet decided on which one to go with. I don't eat any meats except seafood occaisionally and am lactose-intolerant. Any suggestions which ones might work best without me having to go out & buy all of the books?
Also, while I have managed to bring my carb counts down to around the 30 g a day range which is something I'm comfortable with as a strong tofu-consumer, I am unsure what % range my fat consumption should be at. I keep seeing people mentioning a strong relationship between protein & fat metabolization but don't know what proportion they should be consumed in.
