A little puzzled ; but not complaining
Hi guys,
I was supposed to go to Paris France on September 13th for two weeks but in lieu of the terrorist attacks, I had to cancel my vacation. I have totally screwed up my Atkins plan since then. I have been eating carbs like it's meat (I'm really trying to be good but I can't seem to get back into the swing of things)!! I would have maybe one good day of eating low carbs and then 6 bad days of high carbs.
Amazingly I weighed on yesterday and I lost 6 pounds since September 13th. How can this be? I was thinking that maybe my metabolism is on overdrive since I've been walking 14 flights of stairs twice a day (but not since the 13th).
I'm just hoping I don't gain 10 pounds overnight.
I'm not complaining, just curious.
