Hello everyone. My low carb seems to be goin well. People are really noticing a change in my size.
I woke this morning and wondered what to have for breakfast. I'm starting to get "egg-burnt out". Anyone have any good breakfast recipes or ideas?

There is a whole thread dedicated to recipes and breakfast ideas are included.

And keep in mind you don't have to eat "breakfast foods" for breakfast - eat whatever you like!
