Default pudding recipes made with splenda

I did a search for pudding recipies and all that seem to be out there are ones using sugar free pudding mixes. I thought that was kind of a no no because of the aspartame? I was looking for something from scratch made with splenda.

Thanks
Kris

maryc,

Thanks for your reply. I printed out those recipes..sound yummy.

Now another questions. Where do I get Tapioca Pearls and the no carb recipe calls for "not/Cereal" and they point to the online resource at Expert Foods. But wow, it's expensive. Would a health food store carry something like that?

Thanks again
Kris

My favorite recipie for chocolate shake with splenda. Two cups non fat milk then add 1/4 cup or more splenda (as your taste buds like) and a heaping teaspoon of baking chocolate (it has no fat or sugar) go to baking isle at store. All this goes into your blender and then fill rest with ice. Blend one minute and you have a shake without ice cream that a straw will stand up in. Enjoy.
