Default Long Term Induction

I was wondering if it was quite safe to do long term induction.

I know it states 14 days but i'd like to maximise the fat burning while taking the long term view.

My only Vice is Alcohol at the moment but from reading the previous thread on the subject it doesn't appear to do too much damage. I'm drinking lots of water as well.

I'd rather keep to long term induction and keep the carbs relitively low while having the odd drink.

It also seems Men find it easier to lose weight and faster on the diet...is this the case or is it the same on any diet ?

I've been doing induction for almost 11 weeks with no ill effects. The Atkins book says that it is safe to do induction long term.

Men do tend to have an easier time losing, it has something to do with metabolism, Honestly it just isn't fair.

A male friend started and lost 16 lbs in 10 days on induction. Honestly I have questions on if he has cheated to boot! Like I said not fair. But, everyone is different so try not to compare.

I have been on induction for almost 5 months and I feel Great!!
I had a lot of weight too lose (still loosing) and I felt it would be better for me personally to see results instead of having a bigger variety of food.
