Unhappy need encouragement getting started

I start, I cheat, I start, I cheat, I start, I cheat....and then I beat myself up for it. I think the main reason is, I dont think this will ever happen to me. I cant imagine myself thin, and I guess in a way I dont take it seriously. In my mind, I already failed, thus I dont really try that hard. I dont know how to get out of this thought rut. I sabbatoge myself, before I can even really get started. How do I start thinking that this can happen for ME, not just for other people? any suggestions or encouragement?

I seems like you need some new self talk. Ditch all that old stuff and teach yourself some new. Write it down and say it every day. Stick it on the bathroom mirror, the fridge, where ever you will see it, and say it. "I am capable of losing weight." "I will make smart choices to help me lose weight." "I will exercise daily." "I will forgive myself if I go over my carbs and go on from there." These are examples. Look at what you have posted and you will be able to come up with some of your own. You will be surprised at how effective it can be. Good luck!

You need to do this for yourself.

Read others journals and get motivated. Post your own meals in a journal of your own to become more accountable.

Biggest and most important part is to do the two weeks clean. This will put you in ketosis and curb your hunger and cravings. You will feel in control.

You need to do this for yourself. You can do this!
