P.S. pork roast question,,,,,

I just thought of maybe some fried cauliflower would be good under some gravy rather than potatoes "n" such ?? OK in induction??

Yes, cauliflower is OK on Induction, just count the carbs in your serving. Don't forget to deduct the fiber.

For Easter i made Pork Roast, Cauliflour casserole and green beans almondine. My family thought it was great. It really is a good match. Enjoy!
