Is available at the Low Carb Gallery on 51st Ave (around 105 Street), on the south side of the Avenue.

I think it's also available at either Safeway or Sobey's - can't remember which store I picked it up at because I frequent both places!

Just joined this List/Board this evening, but this thread addresses one of my "fears" (which is a "love" of pasta!)

The implication here is that there are pasta's that might be edible on a low carb diet...if so, could you guys expand on this a bit?

My thanks in advance for any pointers...BTW I live near Hamilton, Ontario...
