Only want to lose about 20 LBS..help!
Hi everyone, I'm new here I've tried the Atkins diet so many times, but being in college, it's hard to stay on it when there are sandwiches and pasta all around you....but when I do stick to the diet, I don't find myself losing the weight as quick as I would like to. Honestly, I would ideally like to lose about 20 lbs. at the most....so since I do not need to lose much, will it take a lot longer to lose it? I do drink diet soda however throughout my dieting...should I cut that out? I do pretty well though, I stay under 20 (or at least I try my best!) carbs a day. What are your suggestions? How long do you guys think it will take for me to lose all of the weight that I want to lose??? Thank you so much!
