Anyone know about carbs inherbs & extracts?

Hi everyone. I have diabetes and in one of my books it says to take Grape Seed Extract. Does anybody know if it would have any Carbs to count? Appreciate your help.

hi there,

The extract itself won't have carbs .. it consists of antioxidant polyphenols. However, read the label carefully to make sure there are no carbs used as a filler, such as corn or rice starch, dextrose or lactose sugar, etc.
