Default Bad Day today, cheated with Taco Bell

I had one cheesy rice burrito with chicken. I just called up Taco Bell, 492 calories, 22 gm fat and 60 carbs, 7 gr fiber for a total of 53 net carbs!

My eyes are still bulging! I'm going to eat meat for the rest of today & drink a ton of water! Luckily all I've had to eat today was 2 h.b. eggs.

Happens sometimes.

Taco bell as well as almost all fast food places now have sites online w/ nutrition info.
Today i typed in a burrito supreme w/ no beans, extra meat and no tortillas, it came to like 6 carbs.

You only 'cheated' if you're on a DIET. But since your changing your WOE I'd say just get back to sensible eating. Dont give it another thought.

There's nothing at Taco Hell worth cheating. About the only thing worth it is my Mom's potato pancakes. Thankfully, she's 1800 miles away.

I used to like the Supreme Gorditas - basically a ground beef or fajita soft taco, but with sour cream. I'd lay the puffy taco flat and eat the ingredients off it like a plate, then throw away the "plate".

Mind you, some say the seasoning for the ground beef has sugar in it. I never bothered to check when I was eating them. Anyway, I haven't eaten there in quite a while.
