Default Would you all give suggestions of things to eat on the run?

Things that are portable, quick, easy, not too messy - I think you get the point. Oh, and things that can be stored pretty easily.

I am going to be away from home all this week and I am looking for suggestions to pack each day. And I need enough to last all day long each day.

Thanks for your help and support!!!!!

Peace.

string cheese
lunch meat
low carb bars
beef jerky
slim jims
hard boiled eggs

you will need to check package labels to make sure you are getting the lowest carb product. For example: honey ham lunch meat will have more carbs than turkey. If you don't have access to a fridge or cooler you can freeze them. By the time you are ready to eat they will probably be thawed out.

good luck

I take my breakfast, lunch & snacks to work most every day & I pack them in plastic containers or plastic sandwich bags.

Egg, cheese & veggie omlets for breakfast
nuts
Tuna with mayo & a cup or two of lettuce
celery sticks to dip in some flavored cream cheese
chicken salad with avacado & lemon juice
string cheese
beef sticks (watch the carb count on these)
Any leftovers from the night before.....

I dont refrigerate anything either & I havent died yet
Thank GOD!!!

Any veggie sticks and sour cream dip or cream cheese dip as well as peanut butter would be good travelers too. Just make sure you have a tight container for your cream cheese or dips.
