Talking I'm not lactose intolerant anymore!

I gave up milk and most dairy years ago because it would upset my stomach so much. The cheese on Atkins really called me, though, so I would add a little shredded cheese on a salad...then have blue cheese dressing...then have some sour cream with my salmon...nope.
I'm really not lactose intolerant, apparently.
When I think back, I couldn't have crackers without the cheese. When my stomach got upset, I would blame the cheese.
I should have blamed the crackers!
I have no taste for milk anymore, so it doesn't tempt me, and I won't have cereal again anyway, but having real cheese all the time is so cool.
My SIL had the same experience. Anyone else?
