Dont beat yourself up! You're really close to your goal anyway.

Hang in there (after all, St. Pat's is only once a year, so you don't have any excuses to be bad again -- at least not until Easter)

Thanks Pat,

Easter is 4.5 weeks away and its a four day holiday. Hopefully i may have reached my goal by then.

I wont use it as an excuse to go on a bender.

I agree w/Pat...don't beat yourself up over it. Just start again! I can't count the many times I "fell off" for one day....not that it makes it right, but tomorrow IS another day....Good Luck!

I'm with you. I had a couple of green beers myself on St. Paddy's day, but I'm not going to beat myself up over it. We just need to push on and get back in to the swing of things.

I try not to worry about those special occasions where you eat those goodies and have a drnk or two.

I try to eat healthy 90% of the time. That keeps me on track. It isn't what you do one day...it is what you do every day that makes the difference.
