Default Headaches in afternoon?

Hi all. this is my fifth day on CAD. I am having horrible headaches in the afternoon. Does this mean I am eating too many carbs at my RM? I am having a hard time balancing my RM so I am trying to work on it. Also, I read somewhere that you couldn't take you vitamins or supplements except at RM, is this true??
If you want to see my menus refer to my journal.

Thanks

I went to your journal and responded to you there, but just wanted to add that I take my supplements in the morning with my first CM. So far haven't noticed any ill effect from doing this.

Sometimes I take my supps with a CM as well. If you've recently cut down on caffeine, the headaches could be from that, but the only thing I see is the timing of your RM. Is it usually lunch or supper? I don't know if varying it is the cause, but I do know the book is pretty firm about not varying it if you can help it.

Let us know how it goes!

I only varied the RM on the first two day because of special occasions, One was a lunch date with my hubby and the second was a special lunch with the boss and my co workers for the good work that we do. I am going to keep it at dinner time so I can eat with the family. Today was a special party at work and I was able to have a good CM without going off. I had deviled eggs, chicken breast without the coating, a leg and wing of chickenalso. I added in a salad with1 carb dressing. They also had salmon dip with just salmon and cream cheese which I had with celery. It was awesome. I was very proud of myself. NOrmally things like this at work I just eat and eat. THere was pudding mousse pie and I went ahead and took a piece so I can have at RM tonite. (it was also sugar free).

HI--I also have noticed a problem with headache in the afternoon since starting on CAD. They are not really severe but I have not had a headache for years so put it down to this new way of eating.
Personally I think its from having no carbs during the first part of the day and I am hoping it is just and adjustment to this new way of eating and that they will gradually subside. I have noticed that on days when I cheat (have a carb at lunch or early afternoon) I do not get the headache.
Hope this info is of some assistance.

i get head achs when it's time to eat! As soon as i eat it goes away.
Because cad works so well, you may not feel to hungry to eat but your body must want a snack.
