Sandy, I've never heard that theory before ... but I like it. I too bloat up when the weather is damp and humid, especailly my ankles. My theory is that the increased barometric pressure causes the changes in ME not the scales. Who knows?? I think I'll stick to weighing once a week, and not paying too much attention of it's a muggy day, my ankles are swollen and the scales show a higher number.
