Hi everyone-
How often do most of you change your profile to accurately represent the slimmer you? How does one go about changing their profile anyway? I haven't been able to figure that out.

Go to the top of the screen, right under the orange bar and click on profile. On the new screen click on profile again.(on the line that says "user control panel" "Profile" "signature" etc. then just change the numbers. I change mine every time my weight goes down. I love seeing my percentage getting higher on my name part

Your percentage is showing now and congratulations! I usually change my stats when I lose anything because I like to see it in print. LOL.

Hi guitarguy.

Profile > signature is where you need to go for that.

Cheers!

I think I might've figured out how to add a "signature". This is a test.

Yeah, it's great! It's nice to be around so many others in the same boat.

Welcome aboard! We're all pulling together so it should be smooth sailing. And if it gets rough we're here to help calm the waters.

I'll quit now with the nautical theme before someone reports my post.

Thanks, I agree that it is totaly simple to stay in control. On low fat diets, or when counting calories, once you get to the end of your calories for the day, you're stuck, you can't eat any more. With LC, you can always eat something, and something quite substantial at that. Pretty cool being able to eat a piece of potroast for a snack! Hey what's the difference between a senior member and a new member? Some seniors joined fairly recently.

So true, though last night, I lost it a little when I went to my mother's house - I don't know what it is with going there, it's the most likely place for me to cheat... anyway, I had a bagel for supper last night....back on track today.... and I was good all day until then.

By the way, the only difference is the number of post you have (I think!!!) So keep Low carbing and posting and you'll see all sorts of results!
