I finally pulled out the Tae-bow. OMG!!
Someone put a bullet to my head..OMG. I just did the advanced tape. I haven't done taebow in 2 years. OMG
To think that I use to do the advance tape PLUS do the ten minute workout TWICE a day 2 years ago.
Although I'm happy with myself for pulling out the tape and dusting it off I can't help but shudder at the lose flabby skin that went blub blub as I was punching and kicking...LOL.
I m must admit too that I didn't do the exercsies at the end of the tape. This is what caused me to stop tae bow 2 years ago. I pulled my back sooooo bad I didn't/couldn't move for over a week. I was high on pills and it was the worst thing I ever did to myself, ever. Soooo....no Billy Blank exercsies for me.
Anyrooo..just thought I'd share how out of shape I am with the board...lol.
